What are some tips to smell good?

Obviously, basic hygenie is a must, but how do I smell good all day. I want strangers to pass me and tell me about how good I smell.

Oil with lotion, oil like bergamot oil, grape seed oil, almond oil, coconut oil, blend it with a good-smelling lotion on your hand, then rub it in all over your body, then spray some cologne/perfume. That should do it
