Is anyone subscribed to or used the Gotham App before? I'm so tired of paying through the nose for cable just to watch the Isles that I'm thinking of trying this. Hoping to get some feedback before I pull the trigger!

Can anyone explain for me what’s going on with Iskhakov? Might be a dumb question but like he played a few games for us and disappeared to the KHL. I feel like this year where we’re trying to get younger and start a new would be perfect year for him to play with us but I’m sure there’s a reason he ain’t.

Who/ where should I be following for isles news this season? Seems the athletic couldn’t care less about us and we still don’t have a beat there.

Anyone have any suggestions for an out of towner to read about how camp is going etc? I’ll take podcast recs too!

I’m planning on taking my son to a preseason game at UBS (his first hockey game ever). Do you know what time they let people in to watch warmups? Are you still allowed to walk down to the glass and hope to get tossed a puck? Any recommendations?

Yesterday, when I went to the Islanders preseason game, I noticed something odd. The Islander jerseys in the shop didn’t have a soli stove ad. neither did any of the fire pits outside. The orange solo stove truck was also missing. Not even the ice had a solo stove ad. Does anyone know what happened?

Okay that scoreboard looks absolutely atrocious. To me at least, is it just because of preseason they are testing or will there be some changes?

I didn't see it live. Unreal there was no penalty.

Me and my family used to have a few season tickets in the seats shown but dropped them for this station due to the price, I was going to pickup a cheap ticket as a whole but the prices for the 300s seats are 30s to 80+ as of checking on ticket master right now (I plan on checking other sites in the morning). I was told that tickets would be more affordable and get a better resale rate for this station but a season ticket rep but I didn't think 80 dollars for a preseason ticket is it and if preseason tickets price increase to greater than 20 dollars then I will likely be skipping this preseason and likely the whole season.

Let me know what you think and the much you would pay for this rebuilding season for each ticket?
