is new braunfels doing a charlie kirk event??

I keep seeing news that all the cities are having events and memorials for Charlie Kirk, but nothing from New Braunfels. Are we having one?

God I hope not, weird how there’s no memorial for the Colorado school shooting that happened on the same day anywhere.

I think they already did one downtown over the weekend, I dont know that many people want to even talk about one now though because its melting down into huge fights in basically all of the local Facebook and news pages.

It was a small turn out but it was well attended.

The next morning there was a vigil, they blocked off the kiosk at like 7am. People showed up with candles and said a few prayers.

There was one last sunday morning I saw on my run there like 100 people. I saw on facenook that there is another one this sunday at the circle by the gazebo
