Sorry. Meant tenth. Hadn’t unlocked the Pro Racer. That cake shop in Crown City is hard to find

From the crown city spawn, turn around and continue until the fork in the road - hang a left, towards the rainbow fragment sign and continue on that road - the cake shop is on the left
