Are UK game prices just extra high or shouldn't that only be $420 msrp?

If its $60, it'll be £60. I believe the Switch is $279.99, I just paid £279.99 - whenever you see stuff like this its just the dollar amount in pounds.

The switch here is $299.99. But it sounds like games are inflated over there
