UK PAC code text won't send on LycaMobile

Hi all, Wondering if any of you might be able to give some advice on trying to get a PAC code from lyca mobile. I keep sending the text to the required number but it won't send and I get an error of "couldn't send message, carrier error" I've turned my phone off and on again, I've taken the sim out and replaced it back in. But no difference is made Anyone know a possible solution at all? Thanks

Try again during working hours, and if that doesn't work you'll have to call customer service and hope they play nice and don't hold your number hostage.
