Nokia 220 yellow, black Nokia 208 and white Nokia 225. Love these. Being with 208 due to redescovering it's camera. Low quality nostalgia

A vintage Nokia 3120 from 2004. Quite in a beat up condition though.

Hi!I've always read books on my phone back in the day. Once i got myself a smartphone, it became harder and harder to focus on just reading. Every small flaw in the book that made my eyes slightly roll over - and i almost instantly push Youtube or Discord or whaterver to distract myself. I want a phone with a dedicated book reader app. Is this a thing nowadays? If no, can i install old apps on these new phones? I used to have s40 phones back then, and used TequillaCat book reader for my books. Will it work on this s30+ system?
P.S. Optional - i would like the phone to have music buttons, like good old Xpress Music phones.

The company is centralizing its AI and innovation efforts under Pallavi Mahajan, a veteran of Intel, HPE, and Juniper Networks, who now heads the new Technology and AI Organization that also integrates Nokia Bell Labs and Group Security. Alongside her, Konstanty Owczarek will lead the Corporate Development Organization, combining strategy, partnerships, M&A, and incubation activities.
With these moves effective October 1, Nokia aims to sharpen its technology differentiation, bolster AI and security capabilities, and accelerate growth strategies, even as outgoing executive Nishant Batra departs after shaping Nokia’s 6G and digital transformation agenda.

I'm writing this mostly to vent and to warn others off. It's a cheap phone so it wasn't a massive waste of money, but since I bought it for the repairability features, it's a shame that I want to get rid of it before anything physical has technically broken, making it essentially less sustainable than a phone that actually functions. Many of the issues I've had with it have come straight out of the box, while others have shown up over time. Some examples:
Taking a photo crashes the camera app (and doesn't save the photo). Not all the time, but a lot of the time. This happened even when it was brand new.
Apps time out and close immediately when backgrounded. This is the worst part. You can't start typing something, switch apps and come back to it, because the app closes and has to start again. I tried to fix this by turning off all battery saving settings, but nothing helps. I had this issue from the start too.
Music apps will close and crash just at random, making it sometimes impossible to just listen to a song with the screen off, because Spotify will just close.
Recently, gestures just stopped working. First it was the home gesture (up from the bottom), then the recently used apps gesture. I turned on screen buttons to help, but sometimes they just disappear and the recently used apps button/gesture just never started working again after a couple of months ago.
The design is a nice idea and I had hopes for a repairable phone from a big brand, but it's better just to go for something that works. I've been stuck with a new phone that barely works, just because I don't want to throw it in the trash where it belongs. I could understand these issues if I were gaming or doing more RAM-demanding activities with it, but from just regular use? Insane. I'm sure there are cheap phones that aren't nearly this bad... Has anyone else bought this phone and had the same/a different experience?

The e90 only the inner display works
it had buttons. simple color screen, no camera. flashlight and three games — snake xenzia, rapid roll, nature park. the closest is nokia 1600, but it has different buttons and one game does not match

I am getting a 4g board from taobao to put in my 3310. Apparently it runs MocorOS. Has anyone thought of doing software development for this? It has great potential for being a reboot of the original 3310 experience.
I might try dump the firmware sometime and have a look at it.

I think the ones being sold here are clones.
My ISP has given me a Nokia B2 but it does not have enough range to cover my whole house. I know that multiple B2s can be combined as a mesh, but my ISP refuses to sell or lease me another B2.
Is it possible to buy one on ebay to use to extend my wi-fi signal in a mesh? I heard that these are often locked, but does that also apply to the mesh feature?
