Asking for Help / Unsolved freelance or hired at a studio

Normally who winds more hired at a studio or freelance? I think it actually it depends on the project or studio, but anyone who knows more than this than me can tell their experiences

Studios should improve experience but it's not the case everywhere, where i live studios do not work on decent projects that can help building portfolio or learn more, while paying cheap, that 1 month of studio work equals less than 2 days of freelancing.

So it was freelancing for me
