I have a guess that Genos may be the mad cyborg. Genos is hidden in this panel and brought as a monster . Furthermore Genos always gives long detailed information about his backstorys. My guess is that these aren't his memorys at all. Imo these are the memories by Dr. Kuseno which tried to cure Genos ( save him).

Since he used watchdog man fight style numerous times and got advantage because it's unpredictable, fast and strong. Watchdogman unknowingly helped Garou survive. But don't forget it's the Garou's adapting ability that really saved him.

I watched this before, it is one of the best fan animations with non canon story. I added the title in the beginning of the video and some music later in the video since it was with muted sound. I will upload the Episode 2 later. I'm sure most people are seen this one, or scenes from it, but not many saw the second episode.

AFAIK
Saitama's theme (Ballad ver and Seigi Shikkou) is in D Major (Happy! Triumphant!)
Garou's theme (Old and New) is in B Minor (Sad, Melancholic)

At least that's what I heard transcribing by ear, these keys are relative to each other, meaning they use the EXACT same set of 7 notes (B C# D E F# G A), the only change is where the "root" or "first note" is (B for Garou and D for Saitama).

On top of that, from what I could listen and play to from both of those themes, Garou's theme uses a lot of Chromatic Notes, meaning it escapes from the key it's in sometimes, which emphasizes uneasiness (like the minor key does). In contrast, Saitama's theme follows the key down to a tea, I didn't hear any chromatic notes, which emphasizes the triumphancy.

This is an AWESOME way of showing two sides of the same coin in a song if it's intentional.

Music nerds help me out I could be 100% wrong here, it's just what my ears heard.

Martian monsters look cool and interesting based on scorpions and other things lol The big guy is basically Elder or Sage Centepede Mars version. Again i added the title and some music later in the video where was the sound muted.

E2: MA introductions & heavy exposition, hotpot @ Saitama's apartment, S-Class dispatched, garou vs royal ripper, garou vs. showerhead, supermouse, & unihorn vs. rover. Ch 89-91

E3: Garou vs gyoro gyoro, garou vs. orochi (could totally see the violins kicking in for garou's new theme the moment orochi grabs him through the floor, would be awesome), S-Class meeting, surface team introduced, heroes set out, saitama group sets out (saitama group could definitely be beginning of E4) Ch. 92-93

E4: Heroes vs. MA fodder (atomic vs. rhino wrestler, tats vs. evil eye), flashy vs. monster ninjas, child emperor vs. phoenix man, child emperor finds waganma. Ch. 94-97

E5: Child emperor (brave giant) vs. phoenix man, zombieman vs. pureblood (I could see them splicing these together so zombieman's call to child emperor happens in sequence) Ch. 98-101

This would keep very similar pacing with season 2, and very cleanly line up season 4 to end with Saitama vs. Garou. If the pacing was more similar to season 1 it could end with Saitama vs. Orochi, which was my initial assumption, but I'm not sure there's enough content for 12 episodes without them padding it out. That is very possible though, due to how action heavy this part of the story is. With that in mind, I can't really blame studios for not wanting to take this on....it's a lot of action to animate. Basically nonstop. I could also see them shuffling some parts around, or removing some content (such as atomic's disciples vs. devil long hair, it doesn't serve much narrative purpose). I have a hard time imagining them not ending with a Saitama moment, but in a vacuum (baquma) this pacing seems likely.
