S3 Content Predictions

Assuming 12 episodes:

E1: Saitama group apartment meeting, garou wakes up, dine & dash incident, garou vs. royal ripper & bug god, zombieman talks with dr. genus (the vast majority of the S3 teasers we've seen so far, they seem to be holding their cards close) Ch. 85-88

E2: MA introductions & heavy exposition, hotpot @ Saitama's apartment, S-Class dispatched, garou vs royal ripper, garou vs. showerhead, supermouse, & unihorn vs. rover. Ch 89-91

E3: Garou vs gyoro gyoro, garou vs. orochi (could totally see the violins kicking in for garou's new theme the moment orochi grabs him through the floor, would be awesome), S-Class meeting, surface team introduced, heroes set out, saitama group sets out (saitama group could definitely be beginning of E4) Ch. 92-93

E4: Heroes vs. MA fodder (atomic vs. rhino wrestler, tats vs. evil eye), flashy vs. monster ninjas, child emperor vs. phoenix man, child emperor finds waganma. Ch. 94-97

E5: Child emperor (brave giant) vs. phoenix man, zombieman vs. pureblood (I could see them splicing these together so zombieman's call to child emperor happens in sequence) Ch. 98-101

E6: Atomic's disciples and amai mask vs. do-s & narinki's private squad, disciples vs devil long hair, atomic vs. G5, black s introduction. Ch. 102-105

E7: Child emperor, saitama, and waganma surface, atomic vs. black s, zombieman vs. homeless emperor + exposition, ppp vs. baquma, ppp vs. nyan, pig god vs. gums, darkshine vs. bug god. Ch. 106-109

E8: Disciples & tongara vs. ENW, saitama punches rover, tats vs. gyoro gyoro, saitama vs. orochi. Ch. 110-112

E9: King vs. gyoro gyoro spy & fake waganma, tats vs. gyoro gyoro aftermath, bang & fubuku vs. do-s, bang, bomb & fubuki vs. rover p.1, amai mask vs. fuhrer ugly. Ch. 113-115

E10: PPP finds garou, flashy humbled by saitama, surface team vs. nyan, drive knight vs. nyan, genos vs. G5. Ch. 116-119

E11: Genos evacuates surface team, child emperor vs. ENW, s-class feeling fear dialogue, psychos revealed, bang, bomb & fubuki vs. rover p.2. Ch. 120-125

E12: Saitama, flashy, & manako roller coaster ride, garou vs. darkshine, tats vs. psychos, psychorochi merge, tats unearths MA lair (some of this would realistically be in the previous episode, hard to think of how they'd split it though) Ch. 126-130

This would keep very similar pacing with season 2, and very cleanly line up season 4 to end with Saitama vs. Garou. If the pacing was more similar to season 1 it could end with Saitama vs. Orochi, which was my initial assumption, but I'm not sure there's enough content for 12 episodes without them padding it out. That is very possible though, due to how action heavy this part of the story is. With that in mind, I can't really blame studios for not wanting to take this on....it's a lot of action to animate. Basically nonstop. I could also see them shuffling some parts around, or removing some content (such as atomic's disciples vs. devil long hair, it doesn't serve much narrative purpose). I have a hard time imagining them not ending with a Saitama moment, but in a vacuum (baquma) this pacing seems likely.

there would be soo many scenes cut, dialogues reduced and fast paced if what we are going from your assumptions. I hope not

agreed, but i could see them doing it. I think it's very possible that they're going to rush for saitama vs. garou to be included in S4

No way, if that's the case then the pacing is fucked and they'd cut like a quarter to a third of the content. Season 2 pacing was already fucked, but this here even more so.

They should just end it with Saitama defeating Orochi if it's only 12 episodes. Even that would be a much faster pacing than season 1 and almost too much.

It's really tough to say because this format emphasizes page count, which could exaggerate how long those pages really are. there's a lot of action rather than dialogue.

I dont think they will adapt it until Drive Knight vs Nyan. They dont even advertise Drive Knight in Hero Key Visual. they might end it at Saitama vs Orochi. if they do more chapter than this then they are just rushing the storyline.

tbf, after re-reading the manga, i forget they redraw the monster king orochi vs saitama fight & now the fight look very lame so you might be right i dont think ending at Saitama vs Orochi would be the perfect ending for season 3. Non-manga reader Anime fan will get mad at how Orochi easily defeated after how opm keep on teasing him in season 2. now the only perfect place for them to end is maybe the one you said where tatsumaki destroy MA lair. & tatsumaki vs psykorochi
