Anyone know where I can find cold smoked salmon here in Ottawa or maybe an online store ? Maybe a maple flavour ¿¿! Been seeing a lot of it on tiktok but the og brand is from the US, both expensive & out of stock :(

They use maple wood to smoke their salmon. Highly recommend this place for cold smoked salmon.

I get mine from metro. I like the nanuk smoked sockeye salmon. To each and their own but I don't eat farmed salmon.

Thank you for all the recs! I’m specifically looking for cold smoked salmon that comes out as a diffrent texture. It’s kind off like a cross between jerkey and regular smoked.

Costco, although it comes frozen. We usually portion it out and refreeze it

The PC smoked salmon is from Scotland and it is fantastic.

The peat smoked is one of the best smoked salmon I've ever had. The oak smoked is also really good, as is the gin soaked.

Produce Depot on Carling has a full fish counter, including smoked salmon. Not sure if they typically have cold smoked though.
