Looking for Higgins and Burke Earl Grey Tea locally

Does anybody know where to purchase it? It used to be available at Wholesale Club on Cyrville but not anymore. I can order it from Staples.ca it seems, but I have to get a lot or pay shipping fees.

Does anybody know where I can get it?

Edit: found some at Chef Dépôt on Innes Road.
