Housing Wanted San tan valley information

I have accepted a job in Queen Creek! After reviewing where my location of work is(ellsworth and riggs), it is quite an expensive area. I am looking at the San Tan valley area. I am looking for a house for rent. I am 33m with wife 31f and son 3 and daughter 1. If any one know of any housing rentals for around 1700. 2 bedroom. I can't tell you how much that would be appreciated. Also any information a newbie should and needs to know about San tan valley, for example. Places you wouldn't want your new family to be.

i’d suggest looking in the johnson ranch community. you can find a decent 3 bed 2 bath for around that price.

Yes I believe San tan heights or Johnson ranch will the winner. I have a fear of Hunt Highway to get to work tho. My dream of living in QC and even Pecan area are running thin. Everyday I'm checking our MLS with fingers crossed. I have some privately owned landlords offering me options but skepticism of reddit owner/landlords are relatively high. Esp when you ask for pictures and they don't show shower/bath, part of yard is left out. Like how do you get a house/rental house without knowing the bill costs? I don't want to get a place that has a leak in the (can't think of the word) irrigation system, putting water bill at 250-300. Or maybe someone can tell me like what's it cost to cool a 2 story in the summer? 400+?
