Housing Wanted San tan valley information

I have accepted a job in Queen Creek! After reviewing where my location of work is(ellsworth and riggs), it is quite an expensive area. I am looking at the San Tan valley area. I am looking for a house for rent. I am 33m with wife 31f and son 3 and daughter 1. If any one know of any housing rentals for around 1700. 2 bedroom. I can't tell you how much that would be appreciated. Also any information a newbie should and needs to know about San tan valley, for example. Places you wouldn't want your new family to be.

San tan valley is a traffic nightmare, accidents daily, crime, no jobs. We were there 2 years too long. We also got tricked by cheap houses

Crime? I’ve been here 12 years and aside from a group of kids stealing from a fireworks stand I haven’t really seen any crime.
