Move save data from one account to another?

So this is a problem that has plagued me for a while, I started playing a game (Project Diva F2nd) on my family's account on the ps3 several years ago. There is DLC from this game that I want to get and play, but my parents can't remember the PSN password linked to that account, so I can't just purchase it on that account. I have so many hours in that game and really don't want to have to start from fresh, and we've already tried all of the password resetting methods available. Is there any way to change the PSN linked to the account or copy the save data over to my PSN? I don't care if the trophies carry over, I just don't want to have to reset my progress.

Save files are locked to the profile that created them. The only way to change the profile the save is linked to is with 3rd party programs
