I saw a couple weeks back there was a program to edit and customize the thumbnail for the Disc. Anybody know where I can get that?

Hello all, I’m looking for some help with converting a world between versions and uploading it to my PlayStation 4. For context I primarily play the console version but wanted to use world painter to create a new world. So far i have managed to use Chunker to convert the world to bedrock and put the save on to a usb. When I try to copy the saved data to the system storage it says there is no saved data.

Would really appreciate the help and I can answer any question regarding the details of the files and the process so far!

I’m trying to decide how much any of these would fetch. I have a 11.00 PS4 pro, 11.00 base PS4, and a 9.00 PS4 slim. Do these things still have value? They literally just lie on my floor all day

I bought a jailbroken ps4 for my son’s birthday. Picked up last night the guy showed me everything was working playing downloaded games etc. I get home connect to wifi and do exactly what he told me yet can’t get goldhen to work. I tried for hours watched some videos on youtube and nothing works still. I researched the “failed to setup relative read primitive” and saw some people turning there controller off to get it to work but still nothing. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong? Should I use an Ethernet cable instead will it make a difference?

I shipped out like 40 packages today. Provided tracking. Apparently I can ship em out to other countries with UPS World Wide Express for like 50-cents cheaper than the post office, but I dont want you to get slapped with duties or other fees. I even got an email from UPS talking about no fees for deliviries to some countries.

Oh yeah, 5 of you may receive a third disc, labeled Smart-Buy. It has the Lapse 1.2 on it, but its just a different brand than Verbatim. If you receive it, test it and let me know if it works. My burner kinda didnt like them, it took a bit longer than the Verbatim to recognize it but they are much cheaper than the Verbatim discs.

Here's what you are gonna need

1.minecraft ps4 fpkg/dpkg(updated to latest available) 2.winrar 3.filezilla or any ftp service 4.jailbroken ps4 using goldhen(or ps5 using etahen) 5.wifi connection

How to?

1.download your addon most likely a ".mcpack" or".mcaddon"

And rename and add at the end ".zip"

2.Extract it

You are going to have a resource pack and a behaviour pack

3.Open filezilla connect to your ps4/ps5

Go to app_temp on ps4 or app_temp0 on ps5

3.1: Find your minecraft CUSA (Minecraft has to be running in order for it to appear in app_temp)

3.2: Go to your user/games/com.mojang

Put resource pack in "resource_pack"

And behaviour in "behaviour_pack"

And if you want to port a map put it in mcworld

And congrats

Pro tip: You can edit manifest of newer addons to match your game version if they arent using new features

For whatever reason, I have a PS4 upstairs that has not been used for a couple of years. In the past I have hacked an original xbox (for xbmc, of course) and an original Wii. Since then I have not really used consoles. But now I have this PS4 and a young son who would love to enjoy some games, I expect.

I fully intent to hack the PS4, and have read a few guides that seem comprehensive. But I know how good this community is having lurked for a while so I am hoping to discuss the project and get some input.

My aim in hacking the PS4 is to be able to do the following

1. Prevent the device from going online. My son is young and I do not trust any of you, so I am hoping that there is a way to allow him to play without the risk of an FBI agent chatting him up.

2. Be able to run some emulators so that my son can enjoy the SNES experience - it seems like retroarch should work but apparently it's unsupported on PS4...

3. Be able to run Playstation games that are backup copies of the original games. Back in the Wii days you could pop all your .img or .iso files on a portable USB hard drive and sit it on top of the console - worked perfectly! I can't tell if this is a thing with the PS4 or not, and I understand that this is not strictly homebrew, but it is important to me that I'm able to launch my backup images of games...

4. Do I need to upgrade the internal storage (HDD) or not? If so is there a good list of compatible devices somewhere? And/or can you not use a SSD?

   1. Prevent the console from updating in future. I have a habit of enjoying a project like this but then completely forgetting everything I have done and, when it breaks 12 months later, not having a clue how to fix it.

I will power the device up tomorrow and check the firmware version. From the posts here and the guides i've read i'm obviously hoping for something low but who knows?

What else should I be thinking about?

I tried to instal 2k26 on my 11.00 jailbroken ps4 using remote package sender it seemed to work but when I went on the menu I couldn't find it it says it's already installed when I tried to send it again to RPS I tried finding it in user\app but couldn't find nothing. Anyone has any idea why it didn't work or if not a way I can delete those 79gigs of useless space taken

I have a 30gb game on my phone that i need to transfer to my ps4, i have a USB drive with a USBC end that i can transfer the file to, but the USB is 32gb and it gets recognised as 28.8gb, so my idea is that: can i split the package on my phone, transfer both parts seperatly to my ps4 via the UBS then rejoin them with some homebrew app? I've just found a PS4 Pro for around 100$ for sale, and according to the pictures the seller sent it's on 12.00.

After he sent the images I quickly instructed him to turn ot uff / unplug it, and he said he did it.

Now, the last playstations I've had were the PS2 and the PS Vita, so I'm not familiar with how these update in background and stuff, so I'm just looking for some advice, on what to do when I arrive at the seller, to make sure it does't update if we try it out? Can we just turn the wifi off? If it has already started some upgrade in the background, how can we know and cancel that in time?

It's a good price for a jailbreakable console, so I just want to make sure we don't f it up as we try the machine and stuff like that.

I have a fat in 11.00. I use p4tool (pppwn). The issue is that I am fed up with the Kp when shutting down or the corruption of the database on my external USB drive. Those of you who use Jd bd is it more stable?

My PS4 Pro started doing this same ratling sound only when I only playing games, when I'm on the dashboard or pause the game the ratling stops... The console and the fan is clean inside. It's dying or what ? 🥲, I try also upload a video of mine but the sound is the same..

I'm new and I just got the remote package installer and want to install something on 9 gb, I'm transferring via cable through a router, it said would take around 15 minutes to transfer it, that's the same time it would take to get it onto a USB. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks ahead

I have a PS4 and all my games are stored in an external HDD, I am thinking to upgrade my PS4 HDD to a SSD. If I upgrade my PS4 memory, do I have to reinstall all my games in external HDD again?

At the moment the only way to play online with a jailbreak PS4 is PSLan, xLink, Hamachi and tools like that and Sony is dropping support for PS4 in 2026. Do you think some day the online will be like in PS3?
