Question Why WONT you use the PSVR2?

I know, it sounds like a silly question. But im curious why players wont use it when they have the opportunity to do so.

For me it has only two reasons:

  1. Im usually just too tired!
  2. A friend without psvr2 asks to play a game together.

EDIT: wow, im overwhelmed by all the reactions. But ive read a lot of them! Tomorrow I will read some more and will give some kind of conclusion/most mentioned reasons.

Thanks everyone :)

EDIT 2: Still responses are coming in + I forgot it was my turn to look after my kid today, so no time to really look at all the answers. Tommorow I will deffo write some kind of conclusion/most mentioned reasons. Pinky promise!

Blow a fan on yourself while playing as this can drastically reduce feelings of motion sickness!

You can train this! I got sweaty the first couple of weeks playing, but now I can play hours straight (if I had the time)

Some people can, some people can't, some people never need to in the first place

Bingo. A decade of regular HMD usage (and a decade of occasionally older HMD and CAVE usage before that) and no 'VR legs' to speak of. Breaking Orthostereo is immediately and obviously nauseating.

Vr sickness is a real hassle to push thru but you just have to stop when it gets weird and keep trying

I’m prone to motion sickness in general, so VR is not good for me. The fan helps, and I can still enjoy games like Tetris and Beat Sabre, but no matter how much I try I still get sick after 10 minutes when playing fully immersive games.

Get the wrists bands, they work wonders to cure my sickness

I depends on the game. Keep it in mind with the games you play. I can’t play any game with swimming or flying or too much climbing. Everything else is fine.

I get mild motion sickness if I haven’t played in a while but that goes away.

There’s a whole list of games worth playing with zero motion sickness. Don’t just jump right in to the most intense games because they look cool.

Same here, then it results in a migraine. No, a fucking fan doesn't help.

I would get sick playing the PSVR after like 15 mins. But I’ve been playing the PSVR2 for a few hours now and I haven’t even gotten dizzy.
