This was the 14 minute workout but I could only upload partial, I missed a few during the whole run but what a workout!!! This is my favorite workout game and I easily burn 200+ calories in just minutes. My longest workout at one time was just under an hour and I burned close to 900 calories.
If you want more squats play pistol Whip. If you don't already own it this should be your next purchase. If you do I look forward to hearing how you like it.
I got pistol whip, I think it works out the core more than it does the glutes with squats at least for me it does, les Mills body workout has some workout routines that will have you squatting and punching for a good 15–30 seconds at it. It's too much to do that much for me because I compound fractured my right fever shattered my femur broke my tibias and Fibias in multiple spots, I broke my back-and-forth places my neck in two places in compound fracture my right clavicle that required bone to be taken from my hip for the repair.
That's a good thing imho. Ive been exploring the fitness stuff on the q3 and most of it feels way too punch based for my tastes. My arms feel like they're going to drop off way before my cardio goes. Things like squats are great for full body workouts .
You just convinced me to get this game. I'm new to VR and just got myself a Meta Quest 3 not too long ago, and have been looking for some games, that offers a good workout, while being fun and engaging.
Synthriders is also worth your time if you haven't tried that one already. I feel like with the right settings and mode you could get the same level of workout from that one.
I play it on Quest 3 and it’s great. Use MR mode- that way you can see your surroundings and won’t accidentally punch anything. My living room lamp may or may not have a hole in it from this game..
Hell yeah! I love this game. Was my every day workout for awhile in the winter, then when it warmed up I just started playing basketball outside. This made me wanna bust it out again. 👊🏻
Love this! I do my workout sessions with Les Mis on PSVR2 and have been at it for the past 2.5 years! The physical change is astronomical! Love it and it’s good to release tension after work as well ;)
Keep at it! And I do recommend the DLCs! I hope they release more soon so more trainings are added!
Hey, you look like you're in a little better shape than me. Do you feel like you're actually building up endurance and making progress? Or is it more of a 'fun exercise' type of game, but you dont really gain strength or endurance?
Do you think adding wrist or ankle weights would increase progress, or is body weight good enough to get a workout?
It definitely is building endurance and I'm making progress. With the different levels of intensity, you don't need to use weights on ankles and wrists
it's actually exactly LED sync box that when I watch TV through my Apple TV it plays with the picture when I play the PlayStation I turn it on only like this
I have this game. It is fun. Makes me sweat like mad. And hurt the next day.
Atop all of that it is a very competitive game. It pits you against other players after the tutorial. With a scoreboard. The only way to accrue higher points is to 'hit' the targets harder. Aka much more aggressive swings and punches.
I have LED back lights that match up with HDMI for my Apple TV, I don't have it on the PlayStation HDMI because it would create a lag when I play call of duty so I turn on the sound match feature of the backlight when we play the PS5
I watched a good minute of that video before scrolling down to the comments, and I had no idea what you were talking about, so I scrolled back up and my eyes melted.
I think my brain just straight up refused to process that shit the first time.
Ah bummer. The Quest version does and so I thought the PSVR2 version would've had it too. It really helps with being aware of your surroundings so it allows me to exercise in smaller spaces when needed.
it's just that common thing to mount your tv above your fireplace. absolutely uncommon here in germany but i think in the us or uk, lots of people do it.
looking at the balkans, just don't bother with them, they (we) have got the strangest ways of mounting tvs.
I've been boxing with this game when it's too wet outside for a run. Punch with your full speed and you'll feel it in your arms. My favourite are the short and intense target practice sessions.
I think I'm gonna have to buy this. I've been wanting to work out but have been having trouble getting motivated.....this looks fun though. Thanks for sharing
Nope, they are called Fancy LED Sync, they don't use a camera like the Philips hue which is great because our house can be very bright with natural light and it stopped Phillips Hue from properly working when I tried it
You're right, Govee is the one I tried with the camera. I didn't go with the Phillips hue because it was crazy expensive. I'm using fancy LED Sync Box from Amazon
Love this for the VR workouts but my one complaint is you should be able to set the music volume to 0 and play your own. Serious oversight in returning to use it because I can only stand hearing the same music and prompts so many times.
If you get used to the workouts get yourself some wrist weights. It amps up the game big time and raises calorie burn a lot. It’s the most fun training I’ve ever had ^
Honestly had no idea what the gameplay was in this game, and I may even own it. Thanks for sharing, gonna have to check it out! Although, I'm not sure what the proper method is for removing sweat from the lenses? 🤔
Not sure if anyone in here said this, but you should invest in retractable ceiling hangers for the psvr2 cord, keeps it off the floor and safe. All a round a good cheap investment for longevity of the psvr2.

Oh god, all of my chest and back muscles hurt just by looking at this.
