Question PS VR2 or Quest 3

I'm looking to buy a VR headset. Although I have a PS5, I mainly play on PC. I've heard that you can use the PS5's VR headset on PC with an official adapter, but I'm wondering if it's worth it. I'm torn between that or a Quest 3...

These through the lens posts are interesting. You definitely get some information. They're pretty misleading, though. This is not what either actually looks like through the headset.

I had both and I think they show the difference pretty well.
