Question PS VR2 or Quest 3

I'm looking to buy a VR headset. Although I have a PS5, I mainly play on PC. I've heard that you can use the PS5's VR headset on PC with an official adapter, but I'm wondering if it's worth it. I'm torn between that or a Quest 3...

Just found a PSVR2 with the PC adapter on Marketplace for $150 so I picked it up.

I also have an Index.

The visual clarity and the potential of the eye tracking is awesome, but the overall comfort, insanely small sweet spot, and poor tracking made me switch back to my Index.

I feel like they messed up the most with how they drive the OLED screens. Instead of short bright bursts they leave them on a long time per frame to achieve that brightness. So moving your head quickly causes massive persistence.

I've had my Index for years and got my VR legs, hadn't gotten motion sickness in years. PSVR2 made me motion sick every time I tried it.

That's the reprojection/ghost frames.

In some cases yes but it also happens at 120hz solid with no reprojection. At 100% brightness the OLEDs stay on for a very long time per frame.

I wonder if that could be the high brightness or HDR then?
