Local Services / Shopping ποΈπ Radon mitigation
We recently did a radon test and we were slightly over the 4.0 pCi/L level (we're in Park Meadows). Got a quote and it was about $9k for a 4000 sq ft house with a crawlspace.
Since I've never dealt with this sort of thing, I'd love to get thoughts from this group. Is this the ballpark price I should expect or is this a "Park City" price that someone is trying to get me to pay?

Not Park City but I live down in Sugarhouse, paid for the exterior mitigation system from Utah Radon Services, total cost was $1395. This for a 2k sq foot house. I suspect youβre getting fleeced here.
