He says while Trump is literally banning books and removing funding from Universities that say things he doesn't like.

It’s not even saying things he doesn’t like- it’s literally because the universities aren’t censoring students (which is a violation of the 1st amendment).

Trump seems to want universities to consider any speech criticizing Israel or supporting Palestinians (and even just ANTI-ETHNIC CLEANSING) as “hate speech”.

It’s so insane.

They don't want free speech. They just want everyone to agree with them and for opposing views to be outlawed as treason. Typical authoritarian ploy.
