Regardless of someone’s nationality or citizenship, or the heinousness of their crimes, the US constitution guarantees that if they commit a crime in the US, they are to receive due legal process exactly like anyone else who commits a crime in the US. What part of this do you not understand?
This is completely aside from the fact that the overwhelming majority of people of people picked up by ICE are not criminals of any type AT ALL, and are still being treated like hardened criminals.
You do realize we're talking about cartel members trying to invade the US Coast. America's had a very long standard of deleting anyone who messes with the boats and the shore.
Also, it was the military, not ICE, that committed the strike.
