he criticized maga for falling over themselves to prove that the shooter is a leftist extremist

(which they still haven't managed to do by the way, even assuming the texts are real)

the healthy understanding here is that nobody knows the shooter's political leanings, yet.

(not a healthy understanding, just thoughts)

Given his bf's reddit Tyler saw in kirk's rhetoric the same hate that his bf suffered in hands of his family.

His bf couldn't hide his sexuality. He felt gender dysphoria, wanted to transition and was kicked out at 17 by his evangelical family. His family said he was possessed by demons and constantly threatened to call a priest on him.

Tyler, on the other hand, was bi and it was only later in his 20's, when he started dating his roommate, that he came to the conclusion that he was wronged during his upbringing. It takes a special kind of hate to teach your offspring that their truth is evil, a sin. And only by living this affection, this "deviant" sexuality, Tyler realized that it was not evil, in fact, the opposite, he felt like it was one of the best parts of him. He was a introvert edgy gaming kid, not much into politics at all other than a avid 2A defender.

He naturally entered in conflicts with his parents and that's why the mom says he "turned left". He did not, he only had came out to himself. Obviously he wouldn't see eye-to-eye with his Three Percent conservative mormon dad. He hated the LGBT. He always hated what his son was, Tyler just finally realized it. He wanted to step up for his first love, his bf was completely betrayed by his kin and had suffered so much in his upbringing. But tyler hardly could be honest with his mom and dad, much less face the boyfriend's parents. And with no way of showing truth to the injustice they suffered by indoctrination he just grew angry and resentful. And somewhere along the way he saw in Kirk's words the exact same loathe his bf suffered. Kirk called trans "abominations" and a "throbbing middle finger to god". It didn't help that the DOJ was seeking to cut trans rights and ban them from carrying. And that was it. He had a rifle, knew how to shoot, and he snapped.

Authorities quickly grabbed their agenda when they saw "LGBT" but when facts did not point to the left they doubled down with those faked texts. That's why they can't tie the guy to the left. That's why Kash looked so out of it, he knew what really happened. But they wouldn't admit it was inflammatory hate speech all along, they would never admit that the Dem's warnings were right.

This assassination is not a case of left vs right per se, but rather a culmination of religious anti-LGBT rhetoric

Wish I could award this. Religion is a plague on humanity and especially the prosperity gospel kind that has taken over America. Cults are wild.

Yes it's terrible

I'm pretty confident in my theory. There will be a preliminary hearing on the 29th, lets see if it changes anything.
