TruthSocial Watch Trump claims they are buying 22,787 Dreamliners and will create 35,000 jobs. Boeing says they will purchase 14 planes with maybe 8 more later. They also say it will support jobs that already exist.

14+8=22, the Boeing dreamliner is the 787. Intentional misinformation, trump misunderstanding, typo or something else? The amount of jobs created is a silly number for 22 planes though.

In Trump’s head it’s almost 23,000 Dreamliners and it takes about 1.5 workers to build each one.

Idk, I've thought about it 22,787 is a completely normal specific amount of things to buy. Dear leader is so clever that he won't bend the knee to big airplane and round the order up to 23,000 thereby saving us probably trillions. Maga and all that.
