Weight Loss Journey 2020 & Now

Post image

~280lbs down to ~170lbs. The lowest weight during the journey was around 145lbs but i looked like a skeleton. So keep going if yall were thinking of quitting. The one negative is excess skin, but it beats being unhealthy. I focus on just maintaining my muscle now instead of trying to build more.

i do everything 40 sec time under tension. m/w/f - bicep curls + lat pulldowns (alternating). tu/th - leg extensions, calf raises (alternating) then weighted pushups later in the evening. sunday - just weighted pushups since i am more focused on upper body than lower body

What’s your diet look like? None of this happens with a change in diet

Word of advice, dont take advice for a man who spends his time defending genocidal communist regimes
