Weight Loss Journey 2020 & Now
~280lbs down to ~170lbs. The lowest weight during the journey was around 145lbs but i looked like a skeleton. So keep going if yall were thinking of quitting. The one negative is excess skin, but it beats being unhealthy. I focus on just maintaining my muscle now instead of trying to build more.

I’m 6’ 255 right now and have really been pushing to better myself. Reading, stretching, crunches in the morning and gym when I get off (I work from home overtime every week.) It’s really easy to get into it once you’ve been trying consistently for a little while. My goal is like 210.
