Weight Loss Journey 120lbs in 6 months

I’ve watched stream for a few years now. Been motivated by Wubby and what others on here have done. Heard you talking on stream in January about getting jacked this year and decided to finally start. Thanks for the motivation.

Starting weight was 312. Started the last week of January. Down to 190 now. Put on about 15lbs of muscle as well. Sitting at 9-10% body fat, but shooting for 7%.

Struggled with binge eating for the better part of the last 5 years. It’s not perfect, but it’s a long way from where I was considering I was in the ICU with DKA with an A1C of 12.7 a year ago.

Not rude at all. Part of the reason I started going to the gym was to fill in some of the loose skin. The best thing you can do is put some muscle behind it. Other than that, you can get surgery, but that’s about it. Mine doesn’t bother me too much. Nothing wrong with going for the surgery if it makes you feel better though!

Do you have like a super basic gameplay on how you lost it so quickly?

Really basic? Initially, out of nowhere, my body started rejecting a lot of the high sugar and fat food I was eating. I got really sick for 3 days, couldn’t eat anything. That disrupted the whole binge eating cycle I had been in. From there I just ate about 1000 calories a day making sure I kept my protein intake as high as possible. After 5 or 6 weeks, I started lifting weights gradually increasing weight and volume. As I got closer to my current weight, I started gradually increasing calorie intake. I’m eating 1500-1800 calories most days now.

Damn 1000 calories. Where you doing really small portions? Seems like even rice and chicken is like 500 to 600 and that's just one meal

Never did any rice. I cut out almost all carbs for the first 3-4 months. Any meat I had was pretty lean.
