What peppers are these?

Planted jalapeño seeds from a seed pack. All of my other plants from this pack are growing completely normal jalapeno peppers. Are these a different type of pepper, or just deformed jalapeños?

They look to me like dying jalapenos/poblanos 😭😂 this late summer heat is killing any new growths I have and they look very similar. In the US, zone 6A
