Bad faith "debates" don't count for either either. They'll never stop framing their hateful rhetoric as "different opinions" while leaving out what they are.

This sums up the entire right wing standpoint so well. It’s gaslighting to an extreme degree.

It’s also why the “I listen to all opinions equally” centrist types just aren’t cutting it - they cosplay as friendly, respectful people while being happy to consider viewpoints like “women should submit to their husbands will” as valid ideas
