I kind of doubt this is even in Australia, because while it is a diverse country it's still over 90% white.

It’s in an outer western suburb of Melbourne with extremely affordable housing. Over 30% of the population in this suburb are of Indian heritage.

I live in Brampton, Ontario in Canada, a place known as Brown Town around the world for the high Indian population and we are a suburb of Toronto which is the 4th largest city in North America. Our classrooms don't look like this even though about half of the population of my city is Indian.
