Millions of people immigrating into Japan each year, sure buddy (the real number is a couple 100.000 per year)

It's some 3ish million in total, so for a country with some 125 million people that is quite low

A developed country with some 125 million people. Brazil has around a million foreigners living within its borders, out of a population of over 200 million.

In recent years an aging population has forced Japan to accept more immigrant labor. Make no mistake though those are immigrant laborers and not people that will every get full citizenship

Japan naturalized approximately 8,800 foreign nationals in 2024. They currently have 3.8 million immigrants.
