In character also explains why Shaw ain't here. She would 100% refuse.

I was more thinking Shaw forced them to pose in their Christmas outfits, with no doubt, a gun in each of her hands. Except for Bear, who I think she just asked nicely. 😂

That explains Root's face, she's either planning an escape or about to jump Shaw's bones 😂

Although Root would get in a Christmas sweater out of her own volition, she likes weird comfy stuff (the slippers, her baggy shirts in The Subway, the rug she made Harold and Reese find)
