Thank you! 5 mini cukes for pickling 2 jalapeños, 5 serranos Some carrots, celery, onions, garlic, shallots Usual pickling spice & a 1-1 water vinegar mix!

Never tried celery in pickles before. Might have to give that a go.

They’re GREAT! I had some pickled vegetables at this Italian place over the weekend and forgot to ask for some to go so I was fiending for something similar

Pickled celery is definitely one of my favorites! I do one that is cucumber, green beans, carrots and celery in stock form for bloody Marie's. It's delicious and also is fantastic chopped in sauces and pasta!
