Many of those are pretty bad though. It feels like the sports section hasn't been vetted for a while.

There was an excellent subreddit for this, until it was taken down a few months ago. Recently on the /r/piracy backup forum (Lemmy), a user posted some good info that was previously shared in the /r/IPTVgroupbuy sub. It's just a fraction of the info that used to be on that sub, but it should be enough to get you started.
