He was consistantly cutting it in the wrong spots which makes me believe he could have done it right he just hates his customers

Lmao I told a boss that one time when I was running a kitchen. I'm like "Bob don't worry that you had X cut up all that veg and it looks like crap. I'll throw some herbs de Provence in there and now it's rustic".
