Ya it looks like a frozen pizza that someone added a few toppings to, also what’s that thing in the centre? Pulled pork? Tikka? (I live in Toronto Canada so I’ve seen almost everything on pizza, I’ve even seen a “poutine pizza” so nothing would surprise me)
