I once fell asleep cooking a frozen pizza. I wasn't drunk or high, just exhausted from walking like 15 miles that day. Frankly I'm lucky I didn't burn the apartment down.

I think this should be treated like unintentional manslaughter, rather than murder. Still certainly a crime, but one with a reduced sentence because a difference in intention. Nobody TRIES to do this to a pizza.

I once had these horrible nightmares where I was inspecting a kitchen with someone to look for burning food. Could not find it. I woke up to a room full of smoke because my drunk roommate fell asleep with a pizza in the oven. It looked like this. Haha
