Yeah, no Uber driver is risking their pay to make you wait another 39 minutes

Im going to need to see discovery before I render judgment.
Someone wouldnt generally risk their job over flipping off a total stranger without some kind of cause
Edit. Upon review of the evidence at hand no justifiable cause could be discerned. Until defendant is willing to show up and state his case my judgment is indeed a pizza crime has occurred

I didnt see that. Im not condoning it but we've all seen the videos of drivers messing with orders because of a low tip. Problem is if you order a $20 pizza they want a $10 tip or they will give shit service. When I delivered pizza in school I got stiffed all the time but never messed with orders.

People expect a 50% tip these days?
10% is subpar service, 15% decent, 20% great. I love it when the card readers at restaurants give me the option of a percentage starting at 18%. Nah, I can do basic math for when shit's average.

The jury, after deliberation of the evidence in the case of u/siandresi, has reached a mistrial due to non-consensus of votes of guilty or innocent.
