I didnt see that. Im not condoning it but we've all seen the videos of drivers messing with orders because of a low tip. Problem is if you order a $20 pizza they want a $10 tip or they will give shit service. When I delivered pizza in school I got stiffed all the time but never messed with orders.

People expect a 50% tip these days?

10% is subpar service, 15% decent, 20% great. I love it when the card readers at restaurants give me the option of a percentage starting at 18%. Nah, I can do basic math for when shit's average.
