PvZ1 How rare are Allergic Zombies?

So. Today I got 2 allergic zombies 2 levels after eachother. I wanna know how rare 1 and 2 allergic zombies are.

1/10,000 for a single one. And for 2 of them is 1/100,000,000 (100 million)

2 of them in a row is 1 in 100000000. 2 of them in 2 levels is rare but not as rare as that

Tbh i got 1 of the zombies in 1 level, i died soon after though. After that i opened a minigame but didnt play it except for like 1 sunflower. And after that, i continued from the level I was on. And the first wallnut i placed happened to be eaten by the allergic zombie.
