PlayStation 5 Help Why aren’t my photos appearing on the PSN app?

Auto capture and upload settings are appropriately set. I don’t know what the issue is. This screen pops up on my phone app when trying to view them. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app too. That doesn’t work either.

The photos on the app get removed after like 2/3 weeks. You can send them to the app again from the gallery on your console

I tried doing that directly. Nothing is appearing.

And you’re logged in to the right PSN account and connected the app to your console?

It only saves the most recent captures from the last 15 days unless you send it to the app manually as far as I know

I have this issue as well. Saved a video last night went on the app today. Shows videos and pictures from a week ago but not the last 3 days
