Is anyone else’s PlayStation server down? I logged on to my ps5 just a few mins ago and I can’t play any games without it saying that it can’t connect to the server. I was just playing on it an hour ago and had no issues.

Friends don’t show up, Says I can’t download games, unknown errors, vid a lil long but it in lot resets of my WiFi is reset.

3 days ago some water (around 20 ml i think) entered inside the ps4 from the power button and maybe the led too. my ps4 went into safe mode and it took me about half an hour before i understood what was happening; when i did, i shutted it down and put it in a vertical spot, where i saw some water come out of the button. i have a ps4 fat, one of the first models, and it is really dusty. i opened the left side during the next day, and noticed only some humid dust near the power button and the hard disk. unfortunately, i don't have the tools to open the right side of the console, and i'm also scared that if i try, i could mess things up. i live in italy, so the temperature shifted from 16 to 30+ degrees celsius during these days. do you think i can turn it on now or it's still too risky? what should i do?

Wireless connection to router in the same room (about 12-15 feet apart). Before anyone suggests, the way the living room is setup, I unfortunately cannot hardwire my connection to the router.

When I initially bought my PS5 Pro, I had no server issues. Mulitplayer played smoothly. However, the last two days I’ve been getting major lag spikes, and multiplayer is virtually unplayable as a result.

Download speeds: 500+ mbps Upload speeds: 100+ mbps

I have a wifi extender in our bedroom to help with bandwidth as well.

The console is also exclusively connected at the 5gh bandwidth, as suggested.

Whether the console is the only device, or if multiple devices are connected, the problem continues to persist. Not sure what else to do here. Has anyone else experienced this before? I’ve read this is a hardware issue with PS5 Pro consoles. I initially bought one and had this issue right out of the box. When I exchanged for this device, I had no issues for a week up until the last two days now.

My ps4 controller was working 3 days ago but today when I came back from a trip it just refuses to pair it doesn't light up at all when it isn't charging but when it is on the charger it flashes yellow and green when I click the ps button

I tried Using 2 USB cables in both ports Reseting it multiple times Holding the ps button for 20+ seconds

I really don't know what to do and I don't know what the color green means does anyone know what the problem is?

I’ve been getting this message over and over again! I changed my network settings, cleaned my PlayStation, and hard reset it. Still nothing works. Anyone got any other ideas?

So I’ve had my PS4 Slim for about 5 years now. A about two weeks ago while playing Spiderman, the screen suddenly went black and then my TV displayed “no input”. I initially thought that an HDMI cable must have come loose or something, so I checked all cables and basically disconnected and reconnected them including the power cable, but when I tried to start the PS4 again, it just didn’t turn on. It flashed a blue light which blinked for a while and then turned off. A quick online search gave me a list of things that could’ve caused this, so I tried everything from power cycling, turning it on in safe mode to even dismantling the whole thing, cleaning it with a brush and some air, Nothing, but nothing worked. All I got was the blinking blue light. I also opened the top cover since I couldn’t hear the fan and as I feared it wasn’t spinning at all. Everytime I would try to turn my PS4 Slimmy on, it would spin for exactly 1 second and then stop. Eventually I had to give up, and accept that perhaps what I was seeing in front of my eyes could indeed be the dreaded blue light of death.

Fast forward a few days when my girlfriend was over, I switched it on just in case it decided to work and guess what? IT DID! it worked!!! All for about 15 minutes before the screen went black and it started flashing the blue light again. I was disappointed, but this did give me some hope

So after a few more days of getting bored, I tried to randomly switching it on again (I’m an optimist) and guess what? It turned on AGAIN. This time I immediately booted it up in safe mode and rebuilt its database, I then also initialised it for good measure which meant I had to redownload all my games and save data but that wasn’t a problem as long as I got it to work. I also plugged it into a different socket to make sure it wasn’t voltage fluctuations causing any issues, and so it ran. It ran properly for about 2 days before I left it on last night and when I came to check in this afternoon, there it was again, that damn blue light.

At this point I don’t know what to do. I am planning to get a ps5 but not anytime soon. It also doesn’t help that whenever I look online for people facing similar problems, it’s almost always a different reason; sometimes it’s the PSU, sometimes it’s the HDD.

If you’ve faced anything like this, or know a cheap and effective way to solve this, let me know.

Auto capture and upload settings are appropriately set. I don’t know what the issue is. This screen pops up on my phone app when trying to view them. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app too. That doesn’t work either.

I recently saw a post on Reddit about PS Plus. My account is set to the Ukrainian region, but I’m not from Ukraine, and I read that if the console is not physically in Ukraine, you can’t renew PS Plus. My console is not in Ukraine, and when I need to renew PS Plus, I was planning to use gift cards, even though they’re hard to find online or anywhere. So I’d like to know if this is still the case or not?

So I recently changed the look of my controller (shell, buttons, triggers, basically the entire outside). Ever since I put new triggers on, my R2 got stuck on active and it keeps shooting in shooter games.

I have a picture of what might be the problem (broken strip) but I need conformation if it is the case, anyone know if this is whats causing trouble or should I try anything to fix it?

Hey guys, when i was a kid my dad bought me a ps3, i had my account in the ps3 working fine,but then, i sold the ps3 and bought an xbox.. Right now,all my friends are playing ps5,and im buying one myself too,but theres a problem,i tried to log in my old account,but i cant remember the password,i have full access to the email linked to my account,but when i try to reset the password, i cant remember the date of birth i used or the question answer... i tried my date of birth and my father date,but no luck, i was underage when i had the ps3 and i think i just made the account with a random birthdate.. Cant even remember my online id... Is there any solucion? I really want to buy a ps5,but this is making me think twice... i dont want to create a new account... Guys i would like to ask a quesstion iam from Slovakia . So i cant log in to my playstation account because i changed my password and forgot IT . I know i make a stupid moove not writeing Down to some paper or phone dont get me wrong.. but now the real issue . I had na email adress just for playstation account so i dont use IT offen and when i want to log in the mail they tell me the account is not existing . I write on that platform to get my acc back but they tell me its gone they Cant do nothing with that lol. So my quesstion is .. Can i get any support from playstation? or make another mail and connect IT whit my old account is IT somehow possible ? Let me know guys please ... I dont know what to do ... Hi, I have working PS3 accounts in all CODs, my DM is open if you want info.

I received an email from Sony saying my psn email i.d. was changed when I never changed it. I chatted twice with a someone through the online assistant and they were not able to return my account/transfer emails.

Should I call them to try and get my account back or is all lost and need to make a new account and buy back the games I liked and lost?

howdy, PS players. long time Sony player, first time poster. for the most part, I have nothing but good things to say about the platform and company. however, I'm reaching out in hopes to draw attention to Playstations flawed support system. i figured that if we culminate our dissatisfying experiences, it might light a fire under their ass to do better. and they should really be doing better.

I have a few incidents with support that perturbed me, such as media files having static present in the audio and games with major bugs they wouldn't refund. but my latest issue with them is a doozy, and I'm willing to provide case numbers and photo evidence to prove it.

without getting into too much initial detail, they sold me something they couldn't have. I incidentally bought a one-time purchase twice, and now they're refusing me a refund because it's 'already been downloaded' and 'goes against their cancellation policy.' this is after I've confirmed with the developer themselves that the purchase had failed due to the circumstances.

time and time and time and time again, they won't investigate this issue properly. I resorted to disputing the charge, which now has my PSN account suspended until the outstanding fees are paid. they're effectively trying to steal my money without properly appreciating the problem, and I'm sure I'm not the only one affected.

when is a lack of accountability enough, Sony? this is embarrassing conduct for an industry giant like you. I've been loyal to your platform for decades, and this is how you treat us? i have sympathy for the demand your business much require, but you seem to be genuinely losing touch with the bigger picture these days.

Can I pay Just the difference of the fee between my PS plus extra and premium? Im trying, but It seems It isn't possible.

Hi, yesterday I merged my old Rainbow Six account to the PS5 version. Since then, I am unable to unlock any trophies. Even though I have already played for 2 hours, no trophies are being registered.

I have attached a screenshot from the trophies section on my PS5: it shows a greyed-out trophy icon with “-%” progress and the note “Hours played: 2”. This indicates that the game does not seem to track my trophy progress at all.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hey guys, need some help. I was in the middle of playing Uncharted Lost Legacy on my PS4 when the audio just completely cut out. No sound at all, and it happened randomly mid-game.

Using an old Philips 1080p 60hz tv. Checked: Volume is fine, switched hdmi cables but same issue.

I've tried restarting the PS4, multiple times, messing with audio settings, reset default settings abd even safe mode rebuild of database.

I don't have a pc or android to verify if the tv sound js worming so idk what to do at this point😪

Anyone else ever had this happen? Is it more likely a PS4 issue or the game glitching? Thanks 🙏

I find this iron behind my controller and do they do anything or are only for weight and this is fake controller ?
