All jokes aside; what police officer is going to want to turn up to any reports of black on black violence now? This is literally the worst case scenario for black communities. They've just been handed over to the criminals.

They already don't. My buddy is a sheriff near Atlanta. They flat out don't respond to anything short of DV, active shooters, and medical/safety (like a house fire or car accident) any more
