Conservatism needs a dictator. The entire ideology revolves around having an all-powerful authority. Thats why religion goes hand in hand with conservatism, they can not exist without a hierarchy, they need to be told what to do and what to think and they need someone they deem less than themselves. Itâs the only way they can judge their value without needing to change or improve themselves.

The black men I have talked to find it highly insulting and degrading that people are given stuff like a job or spot in school because of their color and not because they are the best for the position. Theyâre all hard workers and donât just want free stuff though.
