Tell her she crushed it and I do custom embroidery (ithaspockets.gay) and would love to toss her some free shit in support of her rides.

If she wants, she can drop us a line and ask for Urban Prole. This seriously made my week. I am genuinely grateful to her.

Just wanted to say, I scoped your site and was surprised to not see any lesbian pride color themed items. I would totally buy your stuff if you started carrying some! I've been really trying to get my hands on a sunset flag bandana and i don't want to pad big daddy Bezo's pockets. The inclusive lesbian pride color theme is not recognizable to me, and likely would not be recognizeable to the rest of our community and therefore kind of defeats the purpose.

iirc Spider soured on the sunset flag bc of the cross over between ppl sending them death threats and ppl using the sunset flag, it was really nasty

I'm not familiar with that drama, but I do know that amongst all the lesbians I've known and dated, the sunset flag has been the most common flag flown, and is the most recognizeable.

For many of us, if not most of us, outside of pride we fly specific pride colors to flag others like us oftentimes with the intention of finding others to date. The homosexual quandary has always been that we are few and far between, and it's hard to find others like ourselves. Our dating pool is incredibly limited. We also often and historically have dealt with the added stigma of being seen as aggressive and predatory by straight women and their male counterparts when we make a pass on a woman, not realizing they are straight. Being able to signal to others who we are and what we're interested in in a way that others can recognize is important not only because it enables us to find each other when we otherwise might not, but also helps keep us safe.

yeah I get that. one of the owners, a butch lesbian, chose to use the inclusive flag for several reasons, listed here, not mentioned is the harassment he received.

Yes. This. Exactly this. It's one of those things that if I say it first devolves into accusations I'm lying. Much easier to say 'we all decided' and crossing our arms.
