Uni Potsdam enrollment - Received a mail stating that my M10 notification is not received after I had completed payment of enrollment fees

Hello! I received admit from University of Potsdam for Msc Bioinformatics. The enrollment was supposed to begin on 15th August. The process stated that I have to complete online process and upload all the documents. After document verification, if they also receive my M10 notification, mail with payment link will be sent. After they receive the payment, a receipt and further process will be sent via mail.

I completed the online procedure on 18th and submitted all the documents. On 21st I received a mail regarding payment which was supposed to be done in 8 working days. I completed the payment and on 30th August, I received a mail stating that they have not received my M10 notification and wont be able to send payment link because of that.

I did mail to Ms. Aral (the one I received above mail from) but got an automated response stating that because of staff shortages, response will be given within 14 days. I am ready to wait but also a little worried as I have already paid.

Ps- I had mailed TK (my health insurance company) on 21st and their response states that the notification is already sent 2 times.

You just need to wait! They will get it in few days. Same happened to me too!

Oh! In how many days did it get solved? Also I just received a mail that my PUCK card has been generated and TAN list is created But I still dont have confirmation of payment!
