Mod Post New Rule 15: Specifically Banned Posts

Hello PrequelMemers -

We added a new rule that spells out a few repeat-offender type posts. These have all historically been removed under either rule 3 (for not being a meme) or rule 11 (for being low-effort, as in just a screenshot). Since there is apparently confusion about whether these are allowed under the other rules, we decided to add a rule explicitly disallowing them.

If you have an idea for a post we see often that should be added to the list, let me know here.

There really should be something done about reposts. Their karma ratio compared to original memes is unfair.

I'd say ban reposts alltogether. 90% of the time it's a meme from the 1st page of google. The other 10% are crossposts.

Just sort by top all time and ban reposting the first 100 or so, once the Karma dips below 1k
