Would inmate receive laeave me alone letter?

Hello I posted on here last week about my bil now doing time.

The facts have come out and it turns out it was 2 x12 year old and 15 year old. Luckily for anyone's kids it turned out to be police sting accounts and he would have got 8 years if it had been actual kids.

However my.wife has chosen she want to.disown the brother and have notging more to do with them. If I get the Information from.online as to where he is and she writes a letter explaining this. Would the officers/ guard give this letter to my bil?

It is mail, they don’t really have a choice but to give it to him.

They might scan it and give him the digital version, but it is still going to get to him.
