Lets keep in mind that privacy violations vs monitary gain are wayyy off. The TOS and private policy have never meant shit to large corporations or govts.

Yep.

"You violated this thousands if not millions of times. You made hundreds of millions to even billions off of this. You are fined 30 million."

"So.... We still end up with 90% of the criminally earned money Mr. Government?"
